These are drawings containing specific information on a particular item or subject that needs to be emphasized and enlarged to show details or drawn to meet certain criteria as it may be requested by local authorities for licensing, permitting or a variety of other uses, however, these are mostly for illustration purposes with sometime reference to an actual survey when reference property lines are depicted. These exhibits commonly contain horizontal or vertical measurements that can only be obtained using the professional services of a Land Surveyor.
